Hello, Is this moithguard both for upper and lower braces? I mean is it enough just to have one if my son has braces on the upper and lower teeth, too?

Unfortunately, this mouthguard only covers the top layer of braces. However, the Safe Jawz Ortho Series Mouthguard is designed specifically for braces and covers the top brace, plus it has a lower lip extension that protects the bottom layer of braces once moulded. We recommend considering that mouthguard as an option.
