Extra padding has been provided on each kick pad for better forearm support, and extra padding on the inside has been added to increase durability.

Small - 35cm x 20cm x 14cm x 1.9kg (This kick pad only has one forearm strap)

Large - 38cm x 20cm x 14cm x 2.1kg (This kick pad has two forearm straps)
