Items can be returned in their original condition within 30 days of you receiving them for an exchange or refund.

Exchanges are free of charge for items under 10kg, Over 10kg please contact us

Enclosed with your order is a pre-paid shipping label and a returns form.

Please follow these instructions

  • 1.       Fill in the enclosed returns form, If you have lost this please write a note with your details and state if you would like a refund or an exchange.
  • 2.       Carefully package the product/s and return to FEUK, you can use the enclosed pre-paid label at a cost of £3.99 (deducted from your refund) (10kg Max) Or arrange your own return.
  • 3.       Exchanges are FREE OF CHARGE, just use the enclosed returns label.
  • 4.       If using our return label simply take your package to a post office; remember to keep the proof of postage receipt. If returning without using the pre-paid label please keep your own proof of postage.
  • 5.       Using our return label, you can track your return on the royal mail website.

We will process refunds and/or exchanges within 72 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays, this may vary during busy periods.

Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends and we cannot advise on the status of a refund/exchange.

To check the status of a return please use your tracking number on the carrier website.

If you send part or used goods back to us we will not issue a refund and will charge a postage fee to send them back to you.

If your order is returned back to us because delivery has been refused or you have supplied an incorrect shipping address the item(s) will be refunded minus the original delivery charge.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of any groin guards, gum shields, rash guards and compression shorts/compression wear unless the item is defective.

These Products are exempt from our money back guarantee.

International orders are exempt from postage refunds.

We do not offer a collection service.

We do not offer a free exchange option to customers outside the UK.
