Returns Policy


If you did not create an account with us (you checked out as a guest) please simply click the 'GO TO RETURNS PAGE' Button at the bottom of this page, you will need the email address you ordered with or your order number.

Please note to book in a return you will need your order number from your invoice (Top Right Hand corner) or your online account. The order number will have MAGENTO in front of it. You DO NOT need to include MAGENTO when booking in your return ONLY the number.

If you wish to return any items from your order for an exchange or refund, simply login to your account, and go to the "My Returns" link on the left hand menu.  Click to create a new return and follow the step by step process

We do not offer a free returns option to customers outside the UK. There is a weight limit of 5kg for free returns. Any items over 5kg like Punch Bags would need to be returned at the buyers expense.

Once approved, an email will be sent to your email address ( PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER) with instructions on how to create and print your returns form and a Free returns label (if you do not have a printer you can use a QR code on your smart phone) UK Only.

Remember to include your returns form and ensure your parcel is packaged up securely, attach the label to the front of your parcel and take it to your nearest post office. Be sure to request a receipt in exchange for your parcel. This is your proof of postage as well as record of your returns tracking number.

We will process refunds/and or exchanges within 72 hours of receipt, this may vary during busy periods. If you have any queries you can contact FEUK customer services team.

If you are returning items in exchange for other goods, FEUK will charge for the redelivery of exchanged item(s) at the same rate as your original order delivery charge. 

Please note we are unable to dispatch the exchanged item(s) until we have received payment for redelivery.

If your order is returned back to us because delivery has been refused or you have supplied an incorrect shipping address the item(s) will be refunded minus the original delivery charge.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of any groin guards, gum shields, rash guards and compression shorts/compression wear unless the item is defective.

These Products are exempt from our money back guarantee.

International orders are exempt from postage refunds
