Constructed using durable PU material the Adidas double target kick pad is used professionally by the Great British Taekwondo team to improve accuracy, reflexes, and precision.

Excellent for combination and speed kicks the hand target features double-sided targets in order to hear the "clap" sound during use and offers a nylon strap handle for the coach to operate properly
